Joanne was born and raised in Mansfield, Ohio, where she was baptized and confirmed at First
English Lutheran Church. She married Chuck Hall when she graduated from Bowling Green University where she earned a Bachelor of Science degree in education. They have 2 children, Brain (22) and Amy
(27). Joanne was an integral part of the Christian Pre-School of HWLC for 16 years, both teaching and directing. Joanne is helping our Church run smoothly, integrating new programs, and assisting
our Pastor in numerous ways.
