Reverend Peter S. Nickel, Pastor
			Pastor Nickel was raised in Wisconsin and is a Green Bay Packers fan! Pastor is married to Donna, and they have 2 children, Jeff (25) and Craig (23). Pastor was a former middle school teacher in Detroit (is this guy brave or what!) before attending Concordia Seminary in Fort Wayne, Indiana. One of the luckiest things to ever happen to HWLC, was when Pastor Nickel came to us in 1981. Our Congregation regularly thanks the Lord for sending us this leader. Pastor is calm, patient, strong, generous, creative, talented, funny…(The Lord does not encourage boasting, but He will surely forgive us this sin when speaking of our pastor!) Glory, Thanks, and Praise belongs to the Lord, but thanks also is given, to Pastor Nickel.
