Self-Directed Time
		Children are encouraged to participate in activities of their choice, including art, role playing, and activities which help develop large and small motor skills. (45 minutes)
		Clean-up & Calendar Time
		Children help teachers put away items used during Self-Directed Time. We discuss the day's schedule and special or theme events. (15 minutes)
		Music & Story Time
		Now the children sing, play musical instruments, participate in movement activities, parachute play and listen to stories. (30 minutes)
		Snack Time
		The children enjoy a nutritious snack provided by our school. (15 minutes)
		Teacher-Directed Time
		Teachers guide the children in theme, story, games or skill development activities related to our weekly theme. (30 minutes)
		Outdoor Play
		Weather permitting, the children use playground equipment, sandbox and riding toys. If weather does not permit, we stay inside for creative dramatics or games. (15 minutes)
		Dismissal
		Parents pick children up in the classroom at 11:15 a.m. or 3:00 p.m.
		Special Celebrations
		Our pre-schoolers' families are invited to join us in church for a brief program to celebrate each of these holidays: Thanksgiving Christmas Easter Graduation A reception will follow each of the children's programs
